Each program will include 3-5 workouts, depending on how many times per week you workout.
It's one week of workouts that you will do each week until you are ready for a change. Most people like to update every 1 to 2 months, but you can go longer in between updates.
*If you are new to my workout programs, there is an initial set up for your 1st program. The initial program is only a one time fee. After the initial program, you get updates. Most people like to update their programs every 1 to 2 months, but you can go longer in between updates if you'd like.
