Clifta's first competition was in 1985 right out of high school! She won 1st place and was hooked! She knew she wanted to become a Pro Bodybuilder!!

1985 NPC Palm Coast Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight class

1986 NPC Teen Florida Bodybuilding Championships- 1 place Lightweight class & Overall Champion

1986 NPC Teen USA Bodybuilding Championships- 2nd place Lightweight class

1987 NPC West Palm Beach Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight class & BEST POSER

1988 NPC Sunshine State Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight class

1989 NPC Gold Coast Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight class

1990 NPC Jr. USA Bodybuilding Championships- 2nd place Lightweight class

1991 NPC Florida State Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight class & Overall Champion

1991 NPC Florida State Bodybuilding Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Mixed Pairs with John King

1991 NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships- 1st place Lightweight out of 21 girls!

1991 NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships- 6th place Lightweight class

1992 NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships- 3rd place Lightweight class

1993 NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships- 4th place Lightweight class

1994 NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships- 2nd place Lightweight & Good Sportsmanship

1995 NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships- 4th place Lightweight

1996 NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships- 1st Lightweight & OVERALL...

I received my IFBB Pro Card at this competition!! Also got MOST IMPROVED!

1996 IFBB Pro Show- Jan Tana- 10th place out of about 24 girls. My condition was a little off... too nervous & waited too long to decide to do the show. Decided to retire after this show. 

Came Back in 2010 to compete in the INBA at the age of 42!
