60 minute Sessions for 2 people.
1 session = $60 each session ($30 per person)
4 session pack = $50 each session ($25 per person) = $200 Total for 4 sessions for 2 people (Must be used in 6 weeks or less)
8 session pack = $40 each session ($20 per person) = $320 Total for 8 sessions for 2 people (Must be used in 10 weeks or less)

ON GOING GROUP SESSIONS = $15 drop in fee per person, per class
TYPES of CLASSES
*Weight Lifting Classes- Learn how to workout each body part with Machines & Free weights using proper form. This class will be divided into different muscle groups depending on what the class wants to do.
Examples...
-Chest, Shoulders, Triceps; Back & Biceps; Legs
-Upper Body; Lower Body
-Whole body
*Circuit Training Classes for Full Body Workouts & Upper/Lower Body Workouts. The class will use Machines & Free weights. This is a circuit of a few different exercises per workout that are performed non-stop until done with the workout.
*Bootcamp Workouts (indoor or outdoor)

*If you know 2 other people that would join you in a class, you could make your own group class and ONLY pay $15 each!!
