4 Tips for Starting a New Workout Program

Tip #1- How to measure Yourself

If you are starting a new workout program and trying to make changes in your body, measuring yourself is a good place to start so you can track your progress.

**Always check with your doctor first if you are starting a new exercise program.

Tip #2- Weighing Yourself

The scale is another handy tool to track your progress, but you have to be careful not to weigh yourself too often.

Tip #3- Take BEFORE Photos

Taking BEFORE photos is really important because when we see ourselves everyday... it's hard to notice the changes that we've made, so having pictures from when we first started will help you to see your changes easier.
